ASI Semiconductor, Inc. (ASI) designs, supplies and markets state-of-the-art high power, pulsed RF transistors and pallets. We proudly serve thousands of customers in dozens of countries, specifically focusing on pulsed RF commercial applications for avionics, radar, medical and industrial applications. NEW DESIGNS USING VIMOS^TM TECHNOLOGY

For new designs, we offer the highly rugged VIMOS technology in the form of both RF power transistors and pallets/modules. VIMOS is a High Power RF transistor technology designed specifically for pulsed amplifiers. VIMOS devices provide excellent RF performance. In addition, they are extremely rugged, capable of simultaneously withstanding overdrive, overvoltage and 20:1 VSWR. We offer a high quality, superior RF device at a very competitive price. 	RF Power Transistors We supply a highly rugged, state of the art transistor, for L-Band radar & avionics applications.

	Pallets/Modules We supply a state-of-the-art line of 960-1215MHz pulsed RF pallets which provide a fast, rugged, high performance solution to high power pulsed applications using ASI VIMOS^TM technology.

ASI has long recognized that our customers don't want to be forced into expensive last time buys or faced with obsolescence of vital components - that's why we continue to supply a line of RF power transistors and microwave diodes as detailed below:

	RF Power Transistors We supply a line of replacement MOSFET, LDMOS and Bipolar devices for existing designs and repairs which replace those from M/A-COM, Microsemi, Motorola, Philips/NXP, SGS Thomson/ST Micro and Infineon.

	Microwave Diodes We supply a line of microwave diodes which replace those from HP, M/A-COM, Alpha and Avago.
